303 Computers Corporation, located at 3300 Arapahoe Ave in Boulder, had its modest beginnings in 1996 as a sole proprietorship company called Genisys Technologies Inc.

Genisys Technologies was basically designed to allow freelance computer service work for Chance Angell and Charles Fischer. It was created for repairing and servicing MAC and PC desktop machines for both residential and business owners. Chance, the current President and principal in 303 Computers, sold Genisys to 303 Computers in September 2006. Genisys Technologies Inc. is now a wholly owned subsidiary of 303 Computers Corporation.

There are two additional companies that comprise the history of 303 Computers, ISINTA and MD&I. ISINTA was founded by Matt Tracy as a locally owned company designed for freelancing. ISINTA goals were to educate small businesses and entrepreneurs in the Boulder community as well as to secure desktops from the increasing amount of nefarious programs such as viruses, trojans, worms, hackers and hijackers that make up today’s Internet world. In essence, ISINTA aim was to empowered desktop users with a machine secured from outside interference.

MD&I was a service and repair oriented business also located at 3300 Arapahoe Ave in Boulder. Travis Worrall was with MD&I and today is one of the gifted employees of 303 Computers. One of the original intentions of 303 Computers was to fill a gap within MD&I approach; as they had a storefront in Boulder but they were not particularly familiar with the easygoing ways of a Colorado town. So 303 Computers business philosophy evolved to encourage people to walk in with their machine in order to have it fixed, upgraded or made secure on the Internet or more than likely, a friendly combination of all three services. Additionally, 303 clients are encouraged to ask questions so they are themselves empowered with the knowledge of how to run their equipment free from interference so that they could take greater control over their work.

Although 303 Computers had several different suites at 3300 Arapahoe, Chance Angell announced today that they are moving into a new, larger facility; in fact, the former location of MD&I.

In addition to the distinctive list of services that 303 Computer traditionally offers, it now has expanded to help protect their clients from Identity Theft as well as securing networks from outside harm.
